UNDERWAY FROM GANGPLANK AT 10 AM
POWYC is cruising down the Potomac River to Mallows Bay for a weekend of exploration. Anchor near Liverpool Point and head out in your kayak, canoe, or dinghy on the Ghost Ship Water Trail. Then spend the night before heading back to DC on Sunday.
REMEMBER: Nothing has changed about the novel coronavirus ability to infect people with COVID-19. Still no vaccine or cure. So for safety sake, I ask that all captains limit their crew numbers so physical distancing can be achieved on their vessel. You may anchor on your own or join in a raft up, captain's choice. Before you board another vessel, ensure you have the captain's permission and maintain physical distance while visiting. Above all be courteous and respectful.
