POWYC Annual Chili Cook-off Saturday, November 9, 2019 Official Rules: Chili cooks MUST pre-register by November 1, 2019. If you are not sure you want to enter a chili, register anyway. Late entries not accepted due to space constraints. Two categories: Meat or Vegetarian Must bring your own serving utensil (for example, serving spoon to serve the chili) Chili's must be checked in and in position for judging by 5:45 PM. Please be prompt! Themed displays desired but not mandatory. Keep themed displays on smaller side as table space is limited. Give your Chili a name and enter that name upon registration. Name cards and a number for your chili will given onsite. No need to make a name card. Guests will arrive at 6:00 PM- Judging will begin at 6:45 PM. Awards will be given for: Judge's Choice - Grand Champion Club Choice Spicest Best in Class- Vegetarian plus 2nd and 3rd place Best in Class- Meat, plus 2nd and 3rd place Best Display- "Giving Thanks" is the theme, plus 2nd and 3rd place Hey I tried!
