Come on out in your small boats (dinghies, kayaks, and SUPs) for Happy Hour in Gangplank Bay (North of Wharf Gangplank Marina X-Dock). Someone can drop anchor and vessels can loosely tie up to keep the group from drifting in the DC Channel. Remember this is a physically distanced social event.
